Train for the Game You
Love

Private golf and tennis conditioning in Hobe Sound for recreational players, competitive players and active adults who intend to keep playing for a long time.

THE APPROACH

Your Game Is Limited by Your Body, Not Your Swing Thoughts

Most players in their fifties, sixties and seventies do not lose their game to technique. They lose it to a hip that no longer rotates, a mid-back that has stiffened, or legs that fade after twelve holes.

Training here begins with an assessment of how you actually move, then targets the specific restrictions and weaknesses standing between you and a comfortable, repeatable motion.

We do not coach your swing or your stroke; that is your pro's work. We prepare the body that has to execute it.

WHAT WE TRAIN

Six Physical Qualities Behind
Better Play

01

Rotational strength

Producing and controlling rotation through the hips and trunk rather than the lower back.

02

Mobility

Hips, thoracic spine, shoulders and ankles, the joints a swing or a serve depends on.

03

Stability

Holding position under load so that power is transferred rather than leaked.

04

Conditioning

Enough capacity to finish the eighteenth hole or the third set as well as you started.

05

Movement efficiency

Repeating the same motion comfortably, round after round.

06

Resilience

Preparing the body for the volume of play you actually want to do.

Tennis Conditioning for Adult Players

Tennis asks for repeated acceleration, deceleration and rotation, often on hard courts, often in Florida heat. Sessions build the leg strength and trunk control that make those demands manageable, alongside the mobility that keeps reaching shots comfortable.

Programmes are matched to how often you play and how competitive your schedule is, whether that is a weekly doubles game or a full season of league matches.

Golf Fitness Without Guesswork

Golf sessions typically combine thoracic and hip mobility, anti-rotation and rotational strength work, single-leg stability, and steady conditioning so the closing holes feel like the opening ones.

We make no promises about handicaps. What clients consistently report is playing more often, with less stiffness afterwards.
